4. Contact form

The contact form is provided on the Hiro App Works website. When a message is sent, the submitted information is registered in the existing Google Form through Google Apps Script. Information saved in Google Forms is subject to Google’s services and privacy policies.

Information sent by email is also used to respond to inquiries, check reported issues, provide support, and make necessary contact.

7. Distinction from the apps

Data handled by each app on a device or sent to external services is separate from information that users voluntarily send through the support form or by email.

This support service uses Google Apps Script and Google Forms to process form submissions. Please see the privacy policies and other applicable information provided by those services for how information saved on them is handled.
