1. Scope

This policy applies to the following general support and contact services.

2. Information that may be collected when contacting us

When users contact support, they may voluntarily enter and send the following information for the purpose of their inquiry.

• Reply email address
• Message
• Text voluntarily entered in the feedback form without individual replies
• App concerned
• App version
• iOS version
• iPhone model
• Other information voluntarily included in the message

This is information that users voluntarily send for the purpose of contacting us.

3. Purpose of use

Collected information is used for the following purposes.

• Responding to inquiries
• Checking reported issues
• Providing support
• Necessary communication
• Helping improve the app

4. Contact and feedback forms

The contact form and the Consignment Sales Tracker feedback form without individual replies are provided on the Hiro App Works website. When a message is sent, the submitted information is registered in Google Forms through Google Apps Script. Feedback text is used to help improve the app, and we do not send individual replies. Information saved in Google Forms is subject to Google’s services and privacy policies.

These forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processing is subject to Cloudflare’s applicable privacy terms.

For the no-reply feedback form, to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, we process the page language, a per-submission identifier, a fingerprint derived from the submitted text and language, the submission status and timestamp, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification information. Duplicate-prevention records are separate from the feedback text stored in Google Forms. Once these records are more than 24 hours old, they become eligible for deletion during the next submission-handling process. This period does not determine how long feedback text is retained. The submitted text is not included in notification emails to the operator.

We retain feedback text for as long as it is needed to consider improvements to the app. We review whether it is still needed periodically and delete content that is no longer needed. Feedback text is not automatically deleted after a fixed period following submission.

5. Contact by email

Information sent by email is also used to respond to inquiries, check reported issues, provide support, and make necessary contact.

6. Confidential information

Please do not send the following types of information through the contact form or by email.

• Passwords
• Apple Account passwords
• Credit card numbers
• Other highly confidential information

7. Distinction from the apps

Data handled by each app on a device or sent to external services is separate from information that users voluntarily send through the support form or by email.

8. External services

This support service uses Google Apps Script and Google Forms to process form submissions. Please see the privacy policies and other applicable information provided by those services for how information saved on them is handled.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be changed as necessary. Any updated content will be posted on this page.
